Move disruptions & update

Dear Valued Customers,

We wanted to inform you that we will begin our move to a new warehouse on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, and it will take several days to complete the transfer of our hundreds of shelving units and thousands of items, concluding on Monday, October 26, 2026.

During this transition, shipping will be interrupted until the end of the week on October 23, 2026. We will continue to ship orders until the last possible moment before the move and will resume shipping as quickly as we can right after we settle into the new location.

Additionally, please be advised that our phone service may also experience disruptions during this period. While we will still be able to take orders via our website, the option for fast shipping will not be available during the move.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this transition, and thank you for being a valued part of our community!

Warm regards,
Sarah & Benjamin
