Shipping

Delivery is based on combining PROCESSING TIME with TRANSIT TIME.

Delivery time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS.

You can easily find out your shipping options and charges by placing items in the shopping cart and clicking the green "Estimate Shipping & Tax" link. You will be presented with a number of shipping service options, depending on your location. These options will give you an accurate delivery time range that already combines the processing and transit time in business days.

BUSINESS DAYS:

Business days are Monday through Friday, except Jewish and Federal holidays. An order placed on any business day before the cut-off time (4:00 PM EST on Mo. - Th. and 2:00 PM EST on Fridays), will be received by the customer in the business day range of the shipping option you chose. IMPORTANT: An order placed after 4:00 PM on Monday through Thursday or after 2:00 PM on a Friday, will be considered as placed on the next business day.

Examples:

An order placed on Monday (before the cut-off time of 4:00 PM EST) with a "Delivered in 3 - 6 business days" service, will arrive between Thursday and Tuesday the week after (provided there is no Jewish or Federal holiday during those days).

An order placed on Monday (before the cut-off time of 4:00 PM EST) with a "Delivered in 1 - 2 business days" service, will arrive between Tuesday and Wednesday (provided there is no Jewish or Federal holiday during those days).

An order placed on a Tuesday at 6:00 PM (EST) (therefore after the cut-off time of 4:00 PM EST) with a "Delivered in 1 - 2 business days" service, will arrive between Thursday and Friday since the order is considered placed on Wednesday (provided there is no Jewish or Federal holiday during those days).

An order placed on Sunday with a "Delivered in 2 - 4 business days" service, will arrive between Wednesday and Friday, due to the fact that Sunday is not a business day (provided there is no Jewish or Federal holiday during those days).

An order placed on Saturday with a "Delivered in 2 - 4 business days" service, will also arrive between Wednesday and Friday, due to the fact that Saturday and Sunday are not business days (provided there is no Jewish or Federal holiday during those days).

If your order is urgent, please make us aware of the heightened necessity. We do cater to any "last moment", "must have tomorrow morning" order, whenever we can (and often we can!).  If a service faster than quoted on our website is necessary, please choose the fastest shipping service available to you at check-out, and indicate "MUST HAVE BY MM/DD/YY, at latest HH:MM  am or pm" in your Order Instructions/Comments, and contact our office by phone to make us aware of the time-sensitivity of your purchase. We will give you a quote for any type of shipping service we are able to offer.

TRANSIT TIME:

99.9% of our items ship from our warehouse in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. We use a combination of FedEx, UPS, and USPS services.

In rare exceptions, actual shiping time results may vary according to FedEx / UPS / USPS workload. During major storms, natural cathastrophies, cyber Monday, and the season close to Christmas for example, some packages don't make it in time - so please consider that when ordering.

PROCESSING TIME:

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. However, processing time may be longer due to out-of-stock items that must be ordered, high season work overload, size and complexity of the order, and other constraints.

Customer service is our forte! We understand that you need each and every item in your order, so we will notify you by telephone and/or email if an item you ordered is out of stock.

SHIPPING CHARGES (USA):

We currently offer a variety of service levels: Our shipping charge is currently derived from the total Dollar amount of your order and the speed of the service you choose. Generally speaking, the higher the order amount, the lower the percentage of shipping from the order total.

We offer FREE freight on orders over $500 - in the continental USA (Except for Carpets & Furniture).

There is a Minimum Shipping Charge of $5.49 for shipping on all orders of $10 and below (In the continental USA). Please remember that the higher the order amount, the lower the percentage of shipping from the order total.

Please note that in order to simplify the ordering process, the delivery times quoted on our website are in business days. The quotes are accurate, and include both processing and shipping time.

We offer FREE freight on orders over $500 In the continental USA (Except for Carpets & Furniture).

OVERSEAS SHIPPING POLICY & CHARGES:

Minimum order amount for orders to countries other than the US is $100.- (with the exception of Canada that has a $50.- minimum order amount). Any orders to countries other than the US will be charged the actual postage charged by the post office or FedEx. You'll be notified of the amount before we ship, and charged only after your confirmation.

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, customs charges, or taxes charged in your country. It is your responsibility to assume any duties, customs charges, or taxes charged in your country.

Please understand that international shipping is expensive, and usually is a high percentage from the total cost of an order. You should not place an order to countries other than the US if you are not willing to consider those expenses! For more details, please see our International Shipping Policy.

DAMAGE OR OTHER DISCREPANCY:

Please open boxes immediately! If there is a discrepancy with your order, you must report it to our office within 7 days of delivery. If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please keep damaged carton and call your local FedEx representative immediately. A claim for lost or damaged merchandise must be filed with FedEx within 7 days of delivery. Also, opening your box immideately will prevent a rare, but possible last minute surprise at an event/party/class activity, if an important item from your order is missing!

RETURNS:

Customer is responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. All returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. Please note: No returns are permitted after 30 days from date of invoice. For more details about returns, please go to: returns policy
