Borrower (Loker): A borrower takes possession of an item with the owner’s permission and is responsible for its safekeeping. Borrowers have a higher level of responsibility than unpaid guardians, and they are liable for any damage, even if it occurs without negligence, unless it’s due to circumstances beyond their control (such as a natural disaster).
Depositor (Shomer Sachar): This guardian is similar to a paid guardian but specifically refers to someone who has been entrusted with the care of an item or animal without any intention of borrowing it. Their responsibility is equivalent to that of a paid guardian, and they are liable for damage unless it arises from circumstances beyond their control.
