Delivery is based on combining PROCESSING TIME with TRANSIT TIME. Please allow for a longer processing time for larger orders. If your order is urgent, please contact our office by e-mail, fax, or phone to indicate the heightened necessity.
TRANSIT TIME: use the following map to calculate the approximate transit time of your package
This map is for estimation purposes only. It is not a promise or guarantee for the stated transit times. Actual results may vary according to UPS workload.
UPS estimates transit time by business days. Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual delivery date may be different than the estimated transit time.
For example:
An order leaving Benny's on a Friday for New York will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.
An order leaving Benny's on a Monday for Seattle will not arrive until the next Monday, even though the transit time is five days.
Barring exceptions, orders are usually shipped Monday through Friday around 4:00 p.m. EST. A one day transit time is 24 hours from the time of the shipment (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
PROCESSING TIME:
We do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible, most times sending it out the same day. However, processing time may be longer due to out-of-stock items that must be ordered.
During the summer season and certain Jewish Holidays, processing time might be longer than usual. If necessary, please inform us by fax, phone, or e-mail the time-sensitivity of your purchase.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
A 12% Shipping Charge will be applied to orders up to $250 - (In the USA)
Orders over $250 - will be charged 10% only. (In the USA)
Minimum Shipping Charge is $9.85 - (In the USA)
FREE freight on orders over $600 - (In the USA)
OVERSEAS SHIPPING CHARGES:
Any orders to countries other than the US will be charged the actual postage charged by the post office. You'll be notified of the amount before we ship, and charged only after your confirmation.
